For companies with one to a few locations who want Google reviews, their Google profile and the Inbox for Instagram and Facebook in one place, yes. If you need reviews from other sites, listings on many platforms, or text message or chat channels, you won’t find those features in tiaki today.
Which reviews does tiaki show?
tiaki shows and answers Google reviews. tiaki notices new, edited and removed reviews and shows them to you, sorted.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Every location gets its own workspace with its own hours, photos and reviews. On the Agency plan, you manage up to 50 workspaces.
Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude to tiaki?
Yes. tiaki is an MCP server. The AI creates posts and templates as drafts; you unlock direct publishing once, confirmed with two-factor authentication.
Where is my data stored?
tiaki runs on servers in data centers in Germany, and uploaded files are stored encrypted in the EU. Everyone signs in with a two-factor code.
