Everyone signs in with a password and a two-factor code – no exceptions.
New devices confirmed
When someone signs in from a new device, they also confirm it by email.
Every workspace on its own
Each workspace is strictly separated from all others – on several levels, right down to the database.
Logins encrypted
tiaki stores your Instagram, Facebook and Google logins encrypted with AES-256, with a separate key for each workspace.
Passwords never in plain text
tiaki stores passwords only as an irreversible fingerprint (Argon2id).
Protection against attacks
tiaki automatically slows down and blocks repeated failed attempts – right at the edge of the network.
Files scanned
Every uploaded file is scanned for viruses before it’s shared.
Everything traceable
Every publication and every important change is recorded in the history with name and time.
Your data, your call
You stay in the driver’s seat.
No ad trackers
No analytics or advertising tools run inside the app.
Disconnect networks
Disconnect any network whenever you like – the access is deleted immediately.

Where is my data stored?
On servers in data centers in Germany. Uploaded files are stored encrypted in the EU and can only be accessed through tiaki.
Why is two-factor mandatory?
Because your online presence is valuable. With a second factor, your account stays safe even if someone knows your password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, yourself, under Settings → Account, with two-factor confirmation. We keep invoices only as long as the law requires.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. Wherever we process data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
