What workflow automation can do

Conversations that keep going on their own.

On Instagram and Facebook, following each network’s rules – and always in a way that keeps you in the picture.

Quick workflow in one minute

Keyword, message, done. For anything more, open the same workflow in the builder.

Builder with if – then

Wait, follow up, branch, add tags, award points – block by block, just the way you need it.

Keywords, the way people actually type

Upper or lower case, with or without accents, with an exclamation mark – tiaki recognizes the keyword. Exclusion words keep unrelated comments out.

Replies with variety

Several variations take turns, with natural pauses in between. So every reply sounds lively.

Contacts create themselves

Anyone who reaches out is in your contacts – with history, tags and lead status from “New” to “Won”.

Your team is in the loop

When things get serious, tiaki lets your team know. If you reply yourself, the automation waits until you’re done.

Forms and email included

A form on your landing page can start a workflow, too – and an email with a download link is one of the building blocks.

Clean under German law

Messages go to people who asked for them. tiaki stores consent with the time and wording.

Connected to your tools

Through the API and webhooks, your newsletter service or your CRM picks up new contacts automatically.

How to get started

Your first workflow in four steps.

1

Schedule a post and announce the keyword: “Comment INFO below.”

2

Fill in the Quick workflow: keyword, message, documents.

3

tiaki replies, sends and follows up – fittingly, every time.

4

In your contacts you see who reached out, and you handle the rest personally.

Everything works together

From comment to job.

Post with a keyword

When scheduling, you attach the workflow right to your post.

Inbox

Every reply, every message and every comment in one place.

Contacts

Every conversation becomes a contact with a lead status.

Landing pages

Forms start workflows and fill your contacts.
