What’s the difference between an annual contract and no commitment?
With an annual contract, you pay the lower price monthly over a 12-month term. With no commitment, you pay one month in advance and decide for yourself whether it ends or renews.
Are the prices net?
Yes. tiaki is designed for businesses, and all prices are plus statutory VAT.
Is the AI included in the price?
Yes, in every plan. For normal use – say, posts and stories every day – there’s always enough. We’ll only get in touch if your usage is exceptionally high.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime, and the amount is prorated up to your billing date.
Is there a trial?
Yes. As soon as tiaki launches, you can try it for 30 days – then you choose your plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay for your plan and, if you like, add-ons.
