Is tiaki an alternative to Hootsuite?
For businesses and agencies that use Instagram, Facebook and their Google Business Profile, yes: planning, approval, Inbox, keyword replies and Google reviews all happen in one place in tiaki. If you need many more networks, social listening or extensive reports, you won’t find those features in tiaki today.
Which networks does tiaki support?
tiaki publishes to Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile. The Inbox collects messages and comments from Instagram and Facebook.
Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude to tiaki?
Yes. tiaki is an MCP server, as Hootsuite also offers. The AI creates posts and templates as drafts; you enable direct publishing once with two-factor confirmation.
Is tiaki a good fit for agencies?
Yes. Every client gets their own workspace with their own company profile, colors and logos. You invite your team to individual workspaces or all of them.
Where is my data stored?
tiaki runs on servers in data centers in Germany, and uploaded files are stored encrypted in the EU. Everyone signs in with a two-factor code.
